Press Golf Club ("Press," "we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application that lets golfers score rounds, track stats, and place friendly peer-to-peer bets with their crew. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app and website at pressgc.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the app:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and player tag (e.g., PAISA) when you create an account.
• Golf data: Round scores, hole-by-hole stats (FIRs, GIRs, putts), course information, and bet records you enter or create.
• Device information: Basic device type and OS version for troubleshooting and app compatibility.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app (e.g., features used) to help us improve the product.

We do not collect your location, contacts, camera roll, or any data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

• Operate and improve the Press Golf Club app
• Display your scores, stats, and bets to you and the friends you choose to share with
• Respond to support requests
• Send you important updates about the app (you can opt out at any time)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed here.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited cases:

• With your crew: Your player tag, scores, and active bets are visible to friends you connect with inside the app. You control who can find and follow you.
• Service providers: We use a small number of trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting) who process data strictly on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Venmo and Payment Settlement

Press Golf Club generates pre-filled Venmo links to help settle bets between players. We do not process payments, store payment information, or have access to your Venmo account. All payment transactions occur directly between users through Venmo's platform, subject to Venmo's own privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, rounds, bets, and associated data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@pressgc.com or use the Delete Account feature in the app under Profile.

9. Children's Privacy

Press Golf Club is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we'll notify you via the app or email.
